The Hanse 470 is a spacious and practical yacht that has a modern appearance with her dark gray hull and teak deck. The boat is very little used and has only 162 engine hours! This Judel & Vrolijk design offers many modern comforts. The deck layout is well thought out and looks very "tidy" with the trim lines and roller reefing spar below deck. The sail wardrobe consists of fully battened mainsail and self-tacking jib North Sails. The cockpit is remarkably spacious and gives the crew sufficient space. The 75 hp Yanmar and retractable thruster make this yacht very easy to maneuver in tight spaces. The interior is bright and modern with cherry wood joinery and anthracite gray upholstery. To starboard is an L-shaped kitchen with a number of practical details. The refrigerator has both above and in the front doors, and there is a separate freezer with a door. To port is a head with toilet, shower and sink. The large L-shaped sofa and table are placed left and right is a double sofa. Behind this sofa is the TV integrated and moved up/down on a lift. In the bow is a spacious owner cabin with heavy quality mattresses and en-suite head. In the stern are two large double beds. The entire interior offers a lot of closet and storage space.
