The Catalina 30 we offer is a well maintained yacht and used very little by the current owner. He uses her mostly as second home in port and does only daytrips a few weeks per year. Yet all necessary maintenance is done professionally. In 2012 the hull was scraped off and new primer and antifouling is applied. The Catalina 30 has been in production from 1976 until 2008 which is unusually long. This should say enough about the succes of the design. She is proven sea-worthy and handles very well. For a 30 feet yacht she is very spacious and has a wide entrance. The interiour has a salon amidships, pantry left, a double cabin in the bow, and quarterberth starboard. Left fore is a head. 3 extra beds can be made in the salon. The Catalina 30 is an attractive yacht for an interesting price.
