More about the X-Yachts X-372
For sporty sailors, the Danish X-Yachts yard needs no further introduction. The designs of Niels Jeppesen are still doing well on the racetracks despite the fact that handicap formulas changed over the years. For the cruising sailor that finds sailing characteristics important this X-372 is a good choice. This ship is very well maintained with many recent improvements. There is a nice complete set of sails including a North Sails 3DL mainsail and a North Sails genoa. Further investment was made in a comprehensive set of navigation instruments including a Raymarine autopilot. The cabin windows have been renewed and the blue stripes on the superstructure repainted so that the boat looks tight. The boat is rigged with a 7 / 8 fractional mast which is trimmed with back and check stays. The cockpit is very functional, just like the rest of the deck layout. Despite its sporty characteristics, the boat can not be called Spartan. The interior is in full compliance with the wishes of the tour sailor and is fully equipped. The lounge has a traditional layout with the galley left, right charttable and spacious lounge amidships. In front and aft are double cabins. To starboard aft is a large head with storage space for sailing gear. This yacht is well maintained and equipped with interesting content like the beautiful sails and comprehensive instrumentation. If you are looking for a competitive boat with comfort, the X-372 is an interesting choice. The boat is also very competitively priced.
