More about the Van De Stadt 34

The design of Van de Stadt offers a lot of sailing pleasure due to the excellent sailing qualitlys and handling on the engine. The Van de Stadt 34 is a solid built yacht, the deck layout is practical and the placement of the fittings is well chosen. All haleyards and trimming lines are guided to the cockpit and can be operated from the steering position, making the boat easy to sail solo. The interior is remarkably spacious for a boat of this length. The salon has two large sofas with lots of storage space. On port side is an L-shaped galley with double sink, cooler, and 3 burner stove. The wet cell with sink is easily accessible and there is sufficient room for movement. On the starboard side is the navigation angle. There are two double berths in the front and aft. The aft cabin is surprisingly large, even compared to much larger yachts. If you are looking for a seaworthy yacht then this Van de Stadt 34 is a great choice.
