This Catalina 470 is a solidly built real American sailing yacht with a lot of space. This yacht is ideal for long journeys and longer stays on board, it can accommodate up to 9 people on board. The boat is from the second owner, last refit was in 2019. The deck layout is well-arranged, there is sufficient passage space between the double steering position. All necessary navigation equipment is present, sailing in ports and in / out of the mooring is made easy by the presence of a maneuvering camera. Hardly any traces of use can be seen inside, there is a galley with 3-burner gas stove, oven and fridge on the left. There are 3 double cabins, 3 x toilet and 2 separate shower rooms.
