More about the Hallberg Rassy 43

We are proud to offer you this beautiful Hallberg Rassy 43 (#58), one of German Frers' finest designs, well built and well equipped. In short, a beautiful yacht with a beautiful finish, where every detail has been well thought out. She has been well maintained and is now in a covered storage space ashore, shipshape and ready for new sailing trips.

A German Frers’ beautiful design, a solidly built and very well equipped sailing yacht with an exquisite finish and well thought out about in every detail.

As a result, you always and everywhere feel safe and secure while sailing; even in strong weather conditions.

She is very well maintained, now stored ashore in a yacht storage, ready for new sailing adventures.

With the Selden hydraulic inmast furler the mainsail is furled in and out, while in the same way the hydraulic Furlex will set and furl back in the genua. Both are operated comfortably and safe from the cockpit.

The 150m² gennaker: on a removable stainless steel bowsprit and a carbon spinnaker boom, is hoisted and stored back home again under deck, relatively easy by means of the rocon.

For working the genoa and the Hydranet Radial mainsail from the cockpit, four Lewmar winches are mounted, of which three are electric.

The backstay tensioner and rodkick are both hydraulically tensioned and relieved in the cockpit.

On the bow are a 25 kg Delta anchor with 60mx10mm chain and a Lewmar windlass with remote control. On the stern is a Fortress FX-23 anchor.

The Volvo Penta D2-55 is equipped with an extra 120A generator, 2 switchable fuel/water filters and a magnetic diesel bacteria Debug filter.

Shore power supplies all outlets of the boat via earth leakage circuit breakers. Meanwhile two 30 Amp Victron battery chargers are charging the 540 Ah gel battery bank (2020), which is monitored by a DCC Controler.

If not connected to shore power, the Mastervolt 2000 Watt inverter can supply all sockets and a Victron 500 Watt inverter is for 220V backup at the chart table only.

The hot water boiler is heated by the engine cooling water outlet.

Propulsion by means of the 2-speed Gori folding propeller. The original propeller is spare on board.

The boat is equipped with 2 autopilots: Raymarine ST 7001 Plus and Raymarine ST 7002 Smart Pilot with lockdrive and rate gyro and the Raymarine ST60 instruments: Speed, Depth, Wind, Closehauled and Multimeter. A Raymarine 4kW analogue radar with chartplotter Raymarine RL80 C display is at the chartable with a Raymarine RL70 C display in the cockpit. The Raymarine RM300 GPS, Raynav 230E VHF and Vesper Marine AIS Transponder+WiFi and Furuno Navtex are at the chartable.

Near the helm is a liquid magnetic compass.

Next to the mast foot is a freshwater/seawater pump connection for deck washing.

On the stern: MOB-buoy+light and a lifeline with sling are ready for use. In a deck locker a 4 persons Plastimo Transocean dinghy (2019) is stowed ready to use.

The cockpit is with a new sprayhood, a steering wheel cover and cockpit table.

The galley is equipped with a 2-burner stove & oven; 2 x 6kg bottles in a gas locker on deck, and 1 cool box and 1 cool/freezer box amidships.

Forward and aft toilets are both equipped with quiet seawater hand pump toilets.

In short, this Hallberg Rassy 43 is well maintained and very well equipped. She is ready to sail for a new owner! Interested in this beautiful ship? Then be sure to contact us by phone: 0168 -820208 or email: [email protected]
