The Nautor Swan 47 designed by Sparkman & Stephens is considered one of the most beautiful yachts ever designed. The boat we offer is construction number 1. The design is characterized by the beautiful lines and double cockpit and two cabin entrances. The hull is a deep round bilge with fin keel and rudder on a skeg. The current owner has spared no expense to bring and keep the boat in excellent condition. The last extensive refit was carried out up to and including 2021, during which the keel attachment was also taken care of and the entire underwater hull was renovated. The teak deck was once replaced in the USA by the previous owner. There are many sails, all in good serviceable condition, some very little used. The boat is completely ready to sail. Entering through the amidships entrance, one enters the saloon with port the galley and starboard the navigation area. Amidships is a cozy saloon with benches on either side of the table that is set around the pierced mast. In the edges are sea cages. In the bow is the wet cell and at the very front is a double cabin. Upon entering through the rear entrance, you enter the double aft cabin. The port bed can be enlarged. There is also a wet room with shower and toilet here. There is a lot of closet and storage space throughout the boat. The engine is easily accessible for service and inspection. For entrepreneurs, the boat is also ex. VAT because the boat is commercially owned by the current owner. The VAT situation can also be interesting for buyers outside the EU.
