Very neat Dehler 37 offered by first owner. She is currently (2023) on shore under a complete tarp during the winter just like every winter. The Dehler 37 is a familiar sight on the water and for good reason. They are known for their solid construction and above-average sailing characteristics. This Cruiser version also has the convenience of electric winches, making it an excellent combination of fast sailing and comfort.

Inside the boat you will immediately notice that everything looks neatly maintained. The woodwork is still surprisingly tight and undamaged for a ship of this age. The current owner bought the ship new at the time and has succeeded well in keeping the ship in an above average condition. Not only cosmetically but also a number of technical issues have been addressed by the owner. For example, the rigging was completely replaced in 2017/2018 and the windows renewed in 2016. The spray hood is from 2021 so also still neat. The only thing on the list as far as the owner is concerned is that the genoa needs to be renewed.

This Dehler 37 is equipped with two cabins. One to port in the stern and a remarkably spacious owner's cabin in the forepeak. Both cabins are equipped with a double bed and the necessary storage space. The wet room is situated to starboard in the stern. Midship is the cozy salon. A light wood type has been used for the finish. This, along with the many windows, makes the ship light and feels spacious. On the port side there is a longitudinal galley. Naturally equipped with hot and cold running water, a spacious refrigerator, 3-burner gas stove with oven. On the starboard side there is a comfortable round seat with a table in the middle. By the way, part of the table can be folded down so that with an additional filling piece the bench can be enlarged to create another double bed. In short, plenty of room for a nice vacation or a nice day on the water with friends and family.
