The Noordkaper 31 VM that we offer you is a design by Martin Bekebrede and the hull was built at Nazeeuw DTB (NL). The boat is very suitable for sailing at sea, but due to the shallow draft with raised daggerboard, it is also suitable for shallow waters, such as the Wadden Sea and the Frisian Lakes. This year the underwater hull was stripped and a new paint system was set up, the hull was also professionally polished. The gaff rig has recently been replaced by turret rig with furling sails. Special about this Noordkaper is the spacious cockpit which is covered with a large outer tent, which can also remain standing during sailing, creating a large living space.
