Unique vessel, built by Standfast at the T&T shipyard in Zevenbergen. This Unique 1400 was both finished and first used in 2005. This ship is extremely sturdy and is built with high quality materials, double glazing, lots of stainless steel, fully insulated, electrically operated rigging, heating system and much more. This ship is equipped very completely, and is good for a long stay on board. This ship has a striking appearance of design and workmanship in every harbor. The beautiful dark blue round bilge hull, teak decks and white superstructure makes it all together a real eye catcher. The side decks are wide and provide a good and safe passage around the ship. This ship is completely maneuverable from the cockpit, electrically winches and even a self-tacking jib. The sailing characteristics are very good, thanks to the fast sailing hull design. The cockpit offers great protection against the elements. If the weather is really bad you can even choose to stay inside the wheelhouse. The cockpit table can be converted into a comfortable sun bed. In short, in every type of weather there is a comfortable place to find aboard of this ship. Via a staircase you can easily access the salon, to starboard in the galley, equipped with a 4 burner electric stove, hot and cold running water and a fully size refrigerator. In the forepeak are a wet room and the guest cabin. This is a double and a single bed. In the rear part of the ship is the owners cabin. Here is a large bed with plenty of storage space this cabin also has a wet cell with a spacious shower.
