This Bavaria 38 in 3 cabin layout, built october 2007, launched spring 2008, is very fully equipped and is in good condition. Especially for the sea going sailor there are a few welcome extras such extensive navigation equipment , 4 sails and the necessary safety equipment. Both the spacious cockpit and the decks are teak covered, giving the boat a chic look. On either side of the cockpit you will find storage lockers providing enough space for big items. The cockpit table also has a storage space. From behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel, you have good visibility and control over the yacht. Here are both compass and navigation instruments as well as engine and bowthruster within reach. The folding swim platform has an integrated ladder. The entire cockpit is easily covered with a cockpit tent providing extra living space for less sunny days. In your absence, the cockpit with teak and instruments are also protected well. There is also a bimini cover for sun protection. The interior is very spacious and practical in design with excellent workmanship and lots of closet space. Practical at sea are the stainless steel handholds at navigation table and kitchen. The salon has a straight and L - shaped sofa. The L-shaped kitchen is spacious , modern in design and equipped with all one expects including a microwave. To starboard is the chart table set with laptop navigation computer , the necessary equipment and VHF. Of course there is also a Webasto heating. There are six berths in three double cabins. The forward cabin has a double bed with Neptune quality mattresses . To starboard of the bow is the head with shower and washbowl. The aft cabins are equipped with a large bed.
