More about the Moody 37

The Moody 37 is a Bill Dixon design, built by the renowned shipyard Marine Projects Ltd. in England. She is a comfortable and stable sailing yacht and therefore suitable for making long voyages. The boat can accommodate 4 persons and 3 guests and is therefore very suitable as family cruiser. The center console with fixed spray hood provides shelter in all weather conditions for the crew. The benches and floor are made of teak. There is a large storage locker for storage of sails and large items such as folding bikes. For convenience and safety, there are stainless steel handles placed at the cabin entrance. The interior is finished with teak. The upholstery is light gray / blue, which contrasts nicely with the wood. To starboard is an L-shaped sofa to port and a single bank (also one-person cage). The table is built around the mast support and consists of two folding parts. Under the sofas, the water tanks are installed and is plenty of room to also store gear. Portside next to the cabin entrance is the U-shaped galley with double stainless steel sink with hot and cold water, 2 burner stove with oven and fridge. The kitchen has plenty of storage for supplies. To starboard opposite the galley is the chart table / navigation area with switch panel. The equipment is a bit dated and could be modernized. The bow has a double bed in V-shape with en suite shower and toilet area where a sink with hot / cold water faucet. On the starboard side aft is a pilot cage, which also serves as a seat for the card table. Here's the engine compartment accessible via a large hatch. In the stern there is a surprisingly large master cabin with a comfortable 2-bed and an L-shaped seating area. This is rounded and also suite private bathroom with hot / cold water and a wardrobe. The Moody fully commissioned. If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable boat for a great price, then this is definitely worth considering.
