The Sweden Yachts shipyard has built quality yachts many years and are renowned by sailers for their performance and seaworthiness. The Sweden 340 designed by Norlin and Ostman has beautiful classic lines and looks rigid. The cockpit it is well protected and behind the sprayhood it is easy to operate the boat well. There are weather-resistant cushions for the helmsman in the push pit for a comfortable sitting at long reaches. The teak deck is original and needs some work as sealing the screws and repairing some of the rubber. It is or properly fixed and leakproof. A survey report (in Dutch) from 2014 is available. The interior is neat and remarkably spacious for a yacht of 34 feet. Upon entering to the left is the navigation area with the necessary navigation and communication equipment. To the right of the entrance is the galley with beautiful oven and large cooling. In the midship is the salon with two long benches opposite the table. In the bow is the head with toilet and hand shower, and further in the bow is cabin with V-berth. In the stern is a spacious cabin with Neptune mattresses. If you are looking for a good and seaworthy sailing yacht, this 340 Sweden certainly an appropriate choice. The boat can be seen in Enkhuizen.
