The Dübbel & Jesse "Masaya" we offer is a high-quality aluminum sailing yacht, built by Yachtbau Dübbel & Jesse, Norderney Germany. The design by Mr. Dübbel is suitable for two people to sail around the world. The yacht and all systems have been regularly and thoroughly maintained. The hull weighs approximately 30 tons and has an encapsulated lead keel with bulb for good sailing performance and high initial stability. The deck layout is very well thought out so that the boat can also be sailed with a small crew. There is an aft cockpit where the boat is steered and all controls can be found. In the center cockpit there are also the necessary navigation and control systems and a joystick for steering. All sails are hydraulically operated with a Reckmann system. The teak cladding is glued to the deck and cabin roof and is in good condition. The yacht is comfortable and suitable for long sea voyages and permanent living on board. The interior is finished with light Apfelbirchen/Quilted Birch wood with a beautiful grain structure. Upon entering the saloon, the seating area with underfloor heating is on the port side. Opposite it, on the starboard side, you will find the navigation area and extensive kitchen. Via the passage on the starboard side you enter the owner's cabin with en-suite bathroom. In the bow there is a guest cabin with its own bathroom and toilet. The boat is equipped with central heating and underfloor heating in the seating area. There is air conditioning with a CLD cooling water system (not used by the last owner) with controls in every cabin. The 12 dorade vents provide permanently fresh air inside. The windows are made of 22 mm thick laminated and chemically tempered glass.

Below the midship cockpit is the engine room where the Mercedes MTU is installed. The space is easily accessible for inspection and service. There is an extensive technical installation and it is equipped with, among other things, a generator, watermaker, central heating and hydraulically operated roller mainsail and roller jibs and multiple solar panels.
