This specific Comfortina 35 is the 14th hull from the yard and was built for and by the owner of the yard. The hull is not built in standard polyester, but in Kevlar Epoxy Composite. This results in an even lighter and stiffer hull. The rigging has also been adapted; where the Comfortina's have a standard Seldén mast configuration, this one has a Benn's Swede Spars mast with diamond stays and fitted with backstays. This is to emphasize the sporty character of this yacht. In wind force three to four during an evening race, this yacht is one of the fastest boats in the racing fleet. In addition, the accommodation is built with the best materials, so you get not only a fast, but also a luxurious boat. The yacht is fitted out with teak and the benches are upholstered in cream leather.
