More about the Nauticat 43
We are proud to offer you this beautiful Nauticat 43. This Nauticat is designed by the famous Sparkman & Stephens and built by the Finnish Siltala yard in traditional robust manner for which the brand has become famous. Nauticat is known for its high level of comfort and beautiful workmanship, seaworthiness and practicality. This Nauticat 43 is certainly no exception and is absolutely in line with the core values for which these boats are known.
The Nauticat 43 has a length of 13 meters but measured with the bowsprit included, the ship comes to a length of 14.40. It is an imposing appearance when you see her moored. As soon as you step on board you will notice that this Nauticat has a plastic "teak" deck. Ideal for durability and maintenance. What is also striking is that the gangways are nice and wide and easily accessible. This benefits safety and comfort. Furthermore, the boat has a large cockpit from where you have a good overview of the surroundings while sailing but it is also a very nice place to stay when you are relaxing at anchor.
From the cockpit is the access to the cabin. Stairs lead you first to the saloon. This is a deck saloon to be exact and in this case that means a particularly nice view outside. There is a comfortable round seat on the port side on an elevation which gives you an even better view outside and thanks to the large windows of the deck saloon there is also a lot of light coming in. Really a very nice place to stay. What they at Nauticat have also very cleverly thought out is to make an inside control in the deck saloon. Should the weather gods once not cooperate on your trip, you can sit inside in the comfort of the heating and still continue your journey. Super convenient all around!
If we go further into the ship towards the forecastle, we find a spacious galley on the port side with a cozy dinette opposite. A little further forward in the ship you will find plenty of storage space and a wet cell. Right in the forepeak is the first guest cabin with a double bed. Moving back toward the stern, we pass the deck saloon and end up in the stern. Here the shipyard made clever use of the available space and managed to create a second guest cabin with bunk beds. Handy if you have guests on board, or the kids, of course. And if you go on long trips, this cabin is also ideal as extra storage space. Furthermore, in the stern we find the second wet room and of course the owner's cabin. This cabin is remarkably spacious and of course also has a double bed.
If you are looking for a remarkably spacious and robustly built boat and especially if you have plans to make long trips, then this Nauticat 43 is really worth your while. The vessel has a warm and comfortable interior, solid sailing characteristics and a proven reputation as an ideal long distance cruiser. You will find these ships in every nook and corner of the world and there is a good reason for that. In short; a solid world sailor where you can stay on board extremely comfortably for a long time.
