More about the Lagoon 400
The Lagoon 400 that we offer you on behalf of the private owner is in very good condition. The design by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prévost of the well-known French brand Lagoon offers great speed and stability. The rig is practical to use and has a large fore triangle. The boat is easy to operate from the aft deck. The boat sails surprisingly easily and it is easy to maneuver in small harbors. For monohul sailors, this is an ideal catamaran to make the transition when more space and stability is desired. The entire cockpit and helmsman's position can be closed off with cockpit cloths / cockpit tent. This creates a particularly large enclosed space that can be used in bad weather. This tent provides a lot of shelter and keeps the cockpit clean and dry.
The interior also offers a lot of space, also compared to other catamarans, partly due to the straight windows. Upon entering the salon, the seating area is central with the navigation corner on starboard. To the right of the entrance is the kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave. On either side there are stairs down to the huts. In the starboard float is the owner's cabin with en-suite bathroom. In the port float there are two cabins with a wet room. The boat is comfortable summer and winter, thanks to the heating and hot water system. "Sailing Jane" has all the equipment for a pleasant long stay on board and long-distance trips. The boat has only been lightly used, mainly for residential purposes, and the current owner has carried out all necessary service. A known problem with the watertank support has already been resolved by the yard.
For those who are looking for a well-sailing, perfectly maintained and luxuriously equipped quality yacht, this Lagoon 400 is an absolute must. We cordially invite you for a viewing on board in Harderwijk (NL). If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment, please contact [email protected].
