The Carena 36 was built by yacht wharf "de Hudson". This design by de Geus is a very seaworthy yacht. The boat we are offering you is in good condition and the current owner has had many improvements carried out in recent years. For instance, a lot has been invested in navigation equipment and electronics. The teak deck has recently been inspected, and the seams have been partly replaced. The boat has a charming appearance with a lot of varnished wood. The construction is such that the hull is made of steel, and the superstructure and deck are made of wood. There is an extensive sail wardrobe, all in good, usable condition. The interior is nautical and beautifully finished with mahogany wood. It is remarkable how neat the boat still is after many years of faithful service. Upon entering, the galley is on the right. On the left is the navigation table with the necessary equipment. Amidships is the salon with benches all around, and a large folding table in the middle. The cushions are of good quality. There are double beds both in the bow and in the aft cabin. It must be said that the headroom aft is somewhat limited. In front of the main bulkhead are the toilet on the right, and large storage cabinets on the left.
