More about the Lagoon 400
The Lagoon 400 that we offer on behalf of the private owner is a three-cabin owner's version and is in very good condition. Many recent investments have been made by both the current and previous owners. As a result, the boat is fully ready for use. The design by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prévost from the well-known French brand Lagoon offers great speed and a lot of stability. The rigging is practical to use and has a large foretriangle. The boat can easily be operated from the aft deck. The boat sails surprisingly easily, and maneuvering in small harbors is also no problem. For monohull sailors, this is an ideal catamaran to make the switch when more space and stability are desired. The entire cockpit and helm position can be closed off with cockpit covers / cockpit tent. This creates a particularly large enclosed space that can be used in bad weather. This tent provides a lot of shelter and keeps the cockpit clean and dry.
The interior also offers plenty of space, even in comparison to other catamarans, partly due to the vertically placed windows. Upon entering the saloon, the seating area is centrally located with the navigation station to starboard. To the right of the entrance is the galley, complete with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. On either side are stairs leading down to the cabins. In the starboard hull is the owner's cabin with en-suite bathroom. In the port hull are two cabins, also with en-suite facilities. The boat is comfortable both summer and winter thanks to the heating and hot water system. "Noa" has all the equipment for a pleasant extended stay on board and long voyages. The boat has only been lightly used, mainly for living aboard, and the current owner has carried out all necessary servicing. A known issue with the water tank support has already been resolved by the shipyard.
