More about the St Francis 48

St Francis 48 catamaran NOYANA in excellent condition, located in Marina Almerimar, South Spain. Designed by Angelo Lavranos, this catamaran is a good compromise for serious voyagers. She has the strength and quality to go anywhere with magnificent overall performance. Fine bridge deck clearance with outstanding deck and handling ergonomics. Superb construction quality by St Francis Marine in South Africa with foam core hull/bridge deck and deck for strength and weight reduction. Her furniture and cabinets are to a much higher standard than you´ll find on most french production cats. NOYANA has a distinguished yachtly feel inside, with real teak and holly floors. A true "home away from home".

Equipped with optional Turbo Rig to enhance this St Francis 48's existing sailing performance and daily runs of over 200 miles are the norm. The current (2nd) owners bought her in October 2016 with the intention to go world cruising. She was up to than lightly used with only 3000NM on her log and 600 engine hrs and kept on fresh water in Amsterdam. In 2018 the owners made serious investments for undisturbed 10 years of world sailing. In the summer of 2019 they sailed from the Netherlands to the Mediterranean, unfortunately, due to changed personal circunstances, they gave up their circumnavigation dream and with pain in their heart put her up for sale.

NOYANA is in a truly excellent cosmetic & mechanical condition for her age, and constantly maintained by her current owners, who are living on board since June 2018. She is really ready to go anywhere.
