Hallberg Rassy 49 Verkocht

One of the last built Hallberg Rassy 49's (1992) with hull #085. She has 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms. Beside the well known Hallberg Rassy overal quality this yacht has some interesting updates. In 2003 a new Volvo Penta main engine has been installed, now only 3.000 hours on it. In 2012 the standing rigging and the sails have been renewed as well. Also the Autopilot has been upgraded to the Raymarine ST70 control. Further equipped with nice options as strong generator, Webasto heating, Lewmar bowthruster, 2x electric sheet winches, 2x electric genua and cutterjib furling installation, Coppercoat on underwatership, etc. She can easily be sailed shorthanded in a very safe and comfortable way, due to the electric winches and electric furling frontsails. The boat seems in good condition, especially the hull, but generally she really needs some work and updates due to hardly any use and upgrades last 5 years or so. Teakdeck is original and needs overhaul in the years to come.
